摘要
非师范类专业毕业人员通过考试吸收进教师队伍,有利于激发教师职业的竞争力,促进教育事业的发展。但是,这些具有教师资格证的非师范类教师由于职前缺乏扎实的教育专业理论知识,在从教初期无论是教育教学能力、人际交往调控能力还是自我发展能力都存在严重不足。因此,帮助非师范类专业教师尽快提升职业能力、缩小与师范类专业教师的差距刻不容缓。
Non-normal class graduates' absorption into the teacher team is conducive to the promotion of teachers' professional com- petition, and promotes the development of education. But they lack solid theoretical education knowledge, and are weak in teaching a- bility, interpersonal ability and self development ability in the early stage of teaching. It is high time that we should improve the profes- sional ability of non-normal class teachers and narrow the gap between non-normal class teachers and normal class teachers as soon as possible.
