SIYB培训对高校创业基础课教学的启示

Teaching Mode of Entrepreneurial Elementary Courses in Colleges——Enlightment from SIYB

SIYB(创办、改善或扩大你的企业)培训是我国从国际劳工组织引进的比较成熟的创业教育形式,通过分析对比SIYB创业培训和我国高校创业基础课教学的不同之处,提出从规范完善创业教育体系、把创业教育融入专业教学、加强学生参与的体验式教学、严格师资准入培训制度和建立长效反馈服务机制等方面,改进大学生创业基础课教学。

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC clearly put forward the development strategy of promoting job creation andencouraging entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities. Education is the leading force in social development. Most of all, the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges plays a significant role in the goal-realization of public business tart-up and innovation. SIYB is a mature form ofentrepreneurship education, which has been introduced into China from the international labor organization since 1990s. SIYB proves to be beneficial to the development of elementary courses for entrepreneurship in colleges in China. By deep analysis of the differences between SIYB entrepreneurship training and current elementary courses teaching for entrepreneurship in colleges, this paper explores a more reasonable teaching and training mode for the entrepreneurial elementary courses in colleges in China.
