摘要
全面、准确、客观地反映高职专科毕业生的就业状况,不仅需要依据客观的就业率统计数据,还要考虑毕业生薪金水平、就业结构、社会满意度等各方面指标,因此应构建高职院校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,为开展毕业生就业质量的实证研究和评价分析提供科学合理的工具。本文以CS理论为基础,多元线性回归为建模方法,结合高职教育的特点与湖南本省情况,提取最具代表性的指标,深入解读湖南省高职专科毕业生就业质量评价体系的构建,并根据评价结果反馈湖南省高职专科教育发展的整体情况。
To reflect the vocational college's graduates' employment status entirely, truly and objectively, not only the effective statistic data of the employment, but also other indices are considered, such as the graduates' salaries, employment structures, social satisfaction and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to set up an evaluating indicator system of the vocational college's graduates' employment qualities. The system could be the scientific tools of carrying out the empirical research and evaluating analysis for the graduates' employment qualities. On the basis of the CS theory, via multiple linear regression as the modeling method, combining with the features of the higher vocational education and the real situation of Hunan Province, drawing the most typical index, this article deeply interprets the constructing of evaluating analysis system of the vocational college's graduates' employment qualities of Hunan Province, and it reflects the entire development of the Hunan Provincial vocational education according to the evaluating results.
