摘要
充分利用可再生资源,研制可参与醇酸树脂氧化交联成膜的反应型乳化剂作为桥将部分水乳化,并将水"包裹"起来,同时优选分散剂共同对颜料与填料润湿分散,研制成油包水(O-W)体系的颜填料浆,制备低VOC醇酸树脂涂料,以降低挥发性有机溶剂的使用量。
Reactive emulsifier was prepared by biobased material and alkyd resin after oxidation crosslinking.The emulsifier as linked group partially emulsified the water and packaged the water.Dispersant was applied to disperse pigments and fillers to make O-W system paste.Low VOC alkyd coatings were prepared with less usage of volatile organic solvents.
