摘要 肾小球滤过率（glomerular filtration rate,GFR）是公认的评价肾脏功能的指标,也是慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease,CKD）诊断和分期的重要依据。临床常用内生肌酐清除率（creatinine clearance,Ccr）估算GFR,但测量Ccr操作繁琐,影响因素多,易出偏差。为了寻找简便而有效的测算方法,
