癌痛规范化治疗对民族地区晚期癌症患者疼痛的影响

Standardized Cancer Pain Treatment for Pain Controlling of Advanced Caner Patients in Ethnic Regions

目的:探讨癌痛规范化治疗对控制晚期癌症患者疼痛的影响。方法:将青海红十字医院肿瘤科2012年2月—2015年2月收治的中重度癌痛患者286例作为研究对象,按照癌痛规范化治疗示范病房管理的实施时间分为创建前组和创建后组,均采用癌痛规范三阶梯镇痛治疗。创建前组181例给予常规疼痛管理,创建后组105例给予癌痛病房规范化治疗管理。比较两组患者癌痛缓解率和生活质量。结果:创建后组患者癌痛缓解率及生活质量明显高于创建前组,差异有统计学意义。结论:癌痛规范化治疗提高了癌痛患者治疗依从性,有效控制了癌痛,对实现民族地区癌痛患者的无痛化管理目标起到了积极的促进作用,并提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of standardized cancer pain treatment to control pain for advanced cancer patients. Method： 286 patients with moderate or serious cancer pain were hospitalized from Fab 2012 to Fab 2015 in oncology department of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital and were studied in this research. Patients were divided into created-before and after groups according to implementing time of the regulation which involves ward management in cancer pain standardized treatment. Both groups were treated with three steps analgesic ladder method. 181 patients in the created-before group were treated by regular pain nursing while 105 patients in the created-after group were received painless ward standardized nursing. Pain relief rate and the quality of life of patients in two groups were compared. Results： Pain relief rate and the quality of life of patients in the created-after group were significantly higher than those of patients in created-before group,with statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Cancer pain standardized treatment enhances compliance of patients with cancer pain,effectively control cancer pain,have promotion effect on realizing the goal of painless management for patients with cancer pain in minority area,and improved the quality of life of patients.
