高压氧治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察带状疱疹药物治疗联合高压氧治疗的疗效。方法:2012年1月—2015年1月对我院住院及门诊就诊的60例带状疱疹患者为观察对象,分为观察组与对照组。观察组接受抗病毒及营养神经等药物治疗联合高压氧治疗,对照组给予药物治疗。结果:治疗两周后观察组疼痛评分标准数字评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,有效率明显高于对照组。结论:高压氧对缓解带状疱疹遗神经痛(PHN),并发症少,后遗神经痛缓解效果明显,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
