瓣膜置换＋房颤射频消融术治疗房颤的临床护理研究

Clinical nursing study on the treatment of atrial fibrillation with valve replacement and atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation

目的 分析探讨瓣膜置换＋房颤射频消融术治疗房颤患者的临床护理方法与效果.方法 选择我院2014年1～12月之间收治的行瓣膜置换＋房颤射频消融术治疗的36例患者作为观察对象,采用随机的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各18例.对照组患者采取常规的护理干预;观察组患者应用系统护理方法.分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及患者满意度.结果 观察组患者术后并发症的发生率（5.56％）明显少于对照组（22.22％）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者的心脏功能（LAVmax、LAVpre、LAEF、LAVFpassive、LAVFfactive）明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组的护理满意度（100％）明显高于对照组（83.33％）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对瓣膜置换＋房颤射频消融术治疗的房颤患者应用系统的护理干预具有很好的改善效果,能构建和谐的护患关系,值得在临床中推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing method and effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods 36 cases of patients treated with valve replacement combined with atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were chosen as the observation object and was divided into observation group and control group with 18 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group were treated with the system nursing method. The clinical treatment effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications （5.56%） in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（22.22% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The cardiac function （LAVmax, LAVpre, LAEF, LAVFfaetive, LAVFpassive） in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）. The observation group of nursing salisfaetion （ 100% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （83.33%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention of patients with atrial fibrillation treated with valve replacement and atrial fibrillation radiofrequeney ablation has a good effect on improving the effect of nursing intervention, and building a harmonious nurse patient relationship, it is worth promoting in clinical.
