中医辨证分型治疗骨关节炎(骨痹)100例临床分析

TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of 100 cases osteoarthritis(involving the bone)

目的探讨骨关节炎的中医治疗方法。方法对骨关节炎进行中医辨证分型,有针对的选择个体治疗计划。结果 100例骨关节炎治疗2~3个疗程后,60例痊愈,34例好转,6例无效。结论中医辨证分型治疗骨关节炎通过补益肝肾、清热除湿、温阳散寒、活血化瘀、健脾和胃,不但取得了良好的效果,还减少了西药毒副作用,非甾体抗炎药引起的胃肠道不适,可以使治疗持续不会因胃肠道不适而中断。

Objective To explore the Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods Osteoarthritis cases were distinguish by TCM syndrome,and carried out individual treatment plan. Results After 2 ~ 3courses of treatment,100 cases of osteoarthritis,60 cases were cured,34 cases were improved,and ineffective 6 cases. Conclusion Osteoarthritis were treated by supplement liver and kidney,heat- cleaning and dampness- eliminating,warming Yang and eliminating cold,activating blood and dissolving stasis,strengthening the spleen and stomach. These methods have not only achieved good results,but also reduced the side effects of western medicine,such as gastrointestinal discomfort caused by non- steroidal anti- inflammatory. Syndrome differentiation of TCM can make the treatment continue and the process will not interrupt by gastrointestinal discomfort.
