一种大容积钢质无缝气瓶盛装低压液化气体时安全泄放量的计算方法

摘要 本文针对大容积钢质无缝气瓶盛装低压液化气体时的泄放面积计算进行了讨论,主要就低压液化气体公称工作压力和充装系数确定原则,低压液化气体在充满钢瓶时是处于什么状态及钢瓶"满液"后温度和压力变化的情况进行了论述。本文以液氨为例计算了钢瓶达到爆破压力时介质温度变化情况及需要的安全泄放面积。结果表明低压液化气体应避免过量充装并且应选择合适的安全泄放装置。 In this paper, calculation of discharge amount of low-pressure liquefied gas for seamless steel cylinders with large capacity was discussed, how to determine the low-pressure liquefied gas filling factor, what is the situation of the cylinder when the low pressure liquefied gas cylinders were full filled and how the temperature and pressure change after the expiration of the cylinder were mainly discussed. Ammonia cylinder was calculated as an example, which showed how the temperature changes when the pressure reaches bursting pressure and gave the needed discharge amount. The results showed that the excessive filling of low pressure liquefied gases should be avoided and the safety relief devices should be selected suitably.
