子宫内膜癌低场MRI影像学特点及临床应用研究

Research of image characteristics and clinical application of low field MRI for endometrial cancer

目的观察子宫内膜癌患者低场核磁共振成像(MRI)影像学特点及临床应用效果。方法 25例子宫内膜癌患者,均经手术病理得到证实。入院后采用低场MRI进行检查并将结果与术后病理结果进行对照,分析子宫内膜癌患者低场MRI影像学特点及分期。结果 25例患者中,术后病理FIGO分期:15例Ⅰ期,8例Ⅱ期,2例Ⅲ期,术前MRI分期:16例Ⅰ期,7例Ⅱ期,2例Ⅲ期,诊断符合率为88.0%(22/25)。结论子宫内膜癌采用低场MRI诊断及术前分期效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe image characteristics and clinical application effect of low field magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） for endometrial cancer. Methods There were 25 patients with endometrial cancer confirmed by surgical pathology. They all received low field MRI for examination after admission, and their outcomes were compared with postoperative pathological outcomes to analyze image characteristics and classification in endometrial cancer patients. Results Among the 25 patients, there were 15 cases with stage Ⅰ of postoperative pathological FIGO classification, 8 cases with stage Ⅱ, 2 cases with stage Ⅲ. Preoperative MRI classification showed 16 cases with stage Ⅰ, 7 cases with stage Ⅱ and 2 cases with stage Ⅲ. The diagnosis coincidence rate was 88.0%（22/25）. Conclusion Implement of low field MRI for endometrial cancer shows ideal effect in diagnosis and preoperative classification, and it is worth promoting and applying.
