预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期的应用分析

Application analysis of predictive nursing in perioperative period of diabetic cataract patients

目的探讨预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期的应用效果。方法 100例糖尿病性白内障患者,依据不同护理措施分为对照组和预见性护理组,各50例。对照组给予常规性护理,预见性护理组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理。观察两组糖患者角膜水肿、眼压升高、感染的发生率情况。结果预见性护理组患者角膜水肿、眼压升高、感染的发生率均为0,优于对照组的8.00%、10.00%、10.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于糖尿病性白内障患者围术期,可以降低角膜水肿、眼压升高、感染的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate application effect by predictive nursing in perioperative period of diabetic cataract patients. Methods A total of 100 diabetic cataract patients were divided by different nursing measures into control group and predictive nursing group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the predictive nursing group received additional predictive nursing to conventional nursing. Observation was made on incidences of corneal edema, increased intraocular pressure and infection in both groups. Results The predictive nursing group had incidences of corneal edema, increased intraocular pressure and infection all as 0, which were better than 8.00%, 10.00% and 10.00% in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of predictive nursing in perioperative period of diabetic cataract patients can reduce incidences of corneal edema, increased intraocular pressure and infection. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
