缄默知识视域下基于网络的混合教学模式建构 被引量:4

摘要 在教育教学领域,缄默知识的存在是不争的事实。随着信息技术的发展,网络环境已成为学习者学习的重要环境之一。本文在对缄默知识理论梳理的基础上,探讨了缄默知识理论引入教学的意义,提出信息化条件下提升缄默知识与技能的一条途径:将传统课堂开展的"对话"教学和基于网络开展的"范例"教学结合,使两者优势互补形成一种混合式教学,对其提出实施建议,并给出实践案例,以期为实践提供些许启示。 In the field of education and teaching,the existence of tacit knowledge is an indisputable fact.With the development of information technology,the network environment has become one of an important environment for learning.Based on the combing of tacit knowledge theory,this paper discusses the significance of the introduction of tacit knowledge theory into teaching;puts forward a way to promote the tacit knowledge and skills under the condition of information technology:a blended teaching mode formed with complementary advantages of the two combined,namely, "dialogue" teaching based on traditional classroom and "example" teaching based on network;puts forward relevant suggestions to its implementation; and gives practical case,in order to provide some enlightenment for the practice.
