民办本科院校专业设置的问题、成因与对策——基于129所民办本科院校的调查

The Problems,Factors and Strategies of Non-governmental Colleges' Specialty SettingL:based on the Investigation Analysis of 129 non-governmental colleges

在民办本科院校转型发展的关键期,专业设置问题更加凸显。调查发现,当前民办本科院校在专业设置过程中仍存在同质化、偏好低成本专业、与社会需求脱节以及单一数量扩张等问题。理念缺乏、设置决策随意性大、执行程序缺失及教学一线需求被抑制等是造成专业设置出现问题的根本性原因,本文试从重构民办院校内部专业设置系统的角度提出相关对策。

The specialties setting becomes more important than before, especially in the critical period of the transformation of non-governmental colleges. Based on a survey of 129 non-governmental colleges, research shows that current non-governmental colleges＂ specialties setting still has the problems of low cost, high homogeneity, the scale expansion as the main setting purpose, and the mismatch of setting direction and colleges educational orientation. Lack of ideas, decision- making with high optional, lack of the enforcement procedure and teaching first-line demand pent-up is the fundamental causes of specialty setting problems, so we must put forward relevant countermeasures from the perspective of reconstructing non-governmental colleges＂ internal specialty setting system.
