摘要
针对传统的单向交通研究中存在只考虑方案优化或评价的问题,提出了先完成单向改造方案优化后完成评价的仿真方法。首先选取符合单向改造要求的城市区域作为研究对象,对比分析顺时针和逆时针两种单向交通的组织方式,然后结合区域公共交通实际设置逆向公交车道,选择晚高峰时段仿真分析了单向改造前后动态交通网络的运行效率。仿真结果表明通过合理组织单向改造、逆向公交车道设置及交叉口时空资源的优化设计,主要路段的交通运行状况明显改善,区域机动车平均运行速度提高了大约17.8%,机动车平均延误降低了大约11.8%,验证了单向改造优化方案的有效性。
In view of the fact that traditional one- way traffic study only considers project optimization or evaluation,a simulation method is put forward to carry out evaluation after optimization of one- way traffic transformation project. First,urban areas which meet the requirements of one- way transformation are selected as the research object. Then the study carries out a comparative analysis of the organizations of clockwise and counterclockwise one-way traffics. On basis of the actual situation of regional public transport and the settings of reverse bus lanes,the study carries out a simulation analysis of the dynamic traffic network efficiency before and after the one- way transformation on evening peak hours. The results show that through the rational organization of the one- way transformation,reverse bus lane setting and the optimization of time- space resources,the traffic operation of main roads improves significantly,with an average speed increase of about 17. 8% and an average delay reduction about 11. 8% of motor vehicles in the region,which verifies the effectiveness of a one- way transformation optimization scheme.
