摘要
江西某生化公司以生物发酵法生产赤霉素,在生产过程中产生大量高SO42-有机废水,该公司采用IC+两级UASB+AO的组合工艺处理该有机废水。运行实践表明,在系统稳定运行条件下,当工艺进水萃余液COD、NH3-N、SO42-分别为25 100~27 350、165~199.7、12 020~22 225 mg/L时,处理出水COD、NH3-N、SO42-分别为78.2~87、2.2~3.5、75.5~85.2 mg/L,出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
Gibberellin was produced by biological fermentation method in a biochemical company,in Jiangxi, China, and a great deal of SO2-4 organic wastewater produced in the production process. The combined process, IC+double- pole UASB+AO has been used for treating this organic wastewater. The operation results show that under stably run- ning conditions of the system,when the influent faffinate COD,NH3-N,and SO2-4 are 25 100-27 350,165-199.7 and 12 020-22 225 mg/L, respectively, the treated effluent COD, NH3-N, and SO2-4 are 78.2-87,2.2-3.5 and 75.5- 85.2 mg/L,respectively. The water quality of effluent is better than the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
