摘要
【目的】鉴定甜椒根系分泌物的化学成分,为研究其化感作用及连作障碍机理提供理论依据。【方法】采用砂培法收集甜椒根系分泌物,柱层析法分离,依次选用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和甲醇洗脱并收集各洗脱组分,采用气相质谱联用仪(GC-MS)鉴定各组分的化学成分。【结果】甜椒根系分泌物石油醚组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现50个物质峰,相似度≥85%的化学物质共19个;乙酸乙酯组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现56个物质峰,相似度≥85%的化学物质共26个;氯仿组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现59个物质峰,相似度≥85%的化学物质共25个;甲醇组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现59个物质峰,相似度≥85%的化学物质共33个。【结论】甜椒根系分泌物中主要含有烷烃类、酯类、醇类、酚类、醛类、肟类、菲类、酰胺类和萘胺类化合物。
【Objective】The chemical components of Capsicum fructescens L.root exudates were identified to provide scientific basis for investigation of allelopathy and mechanism of cropping obstacles.【Method】The root exudates of Capsicum fructescens L.were collected by sand culturing method.The extracts were fractionated by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,chloroform and methanol after isolation by column chromatography.The chemical components were then identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).【Result】There were 50 peaks of chemical components in GC-MS chromatograms of petroleum ether extraction from Capsicum fructescens L.root exudates,and 19 of them had similarity of ≥85%.There were 56 peaks in GC-MS chromatograms of ethyl acetate extraction with 26 having similarity of≥85%.There were 59 peaks in GC-MS chromatograms of chloroform extraction with 25 having similarity of≥85%.There were 59 peaks in GC-MS chromatograms of methanol extraction,and 33 of them had similarity of≥85%.【Conclusion】The root exudates of Capsicum fructescens L.contain alkane,esters,alcohols,phenols,aldehydes,oxime,phenanthrenes,amide and naphthalene compounds.
