摘要
现有的温度计套管性能分析主要集中在固定频率和激励频率关系上,忽略了套管的受力情况。根据ASME PTC 19.3TW—2010,引入了频率限制、稳态应力限制、动态应力限制、流体静力学应力极限四个准则,判断套管是否适用于各种工况,并通过计算实例验证方法可行性。同时,分析了套管几何尺寸对部分套管性能的影响,对温度计套管的选型设计具有一定的参考价值。
Evaluation on thermowell is mainly focused on relationship between fixed frequency and vortex shedding frequency. Stress sustained by thermowell is often ignored. Based on ASME PTC 19. 3 TW -2010, four criterions of frequency limitation, steady-state stress limitation, dynamic stress limitation and hydrostatic pressure limitation are introduced to determine if a thermowell is applicable or not for all kinds of working condition. The validity of the method is verified with an actual case calculation. Effect of geometrical size on thermowell performance is also investigated. It can be used as some guidelines for thermowell selection.
