摘要
文章建立了微波消解ICP-MS同时测定土壤中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni和Cr6种重金属元素的方法。结果表明:该方法中6种金属元素的线性相关性均在0.9990以上,检出限低,精密度和准确度良好,加标回收率较高,经实际土样测定,可以满足土壤监测要求。且方法具有准确快速的特点,可以实现一次进样,同时分析6种元素的优点,大大提高了分析效率,整个微波消解过程用酸量较少,对人的影响较小。
The method of simultaneous determination of six kinds of heavy metals in soil by microwave diges- tion-ICP-MS was established in the paper. Results shows: the linear correlation coefficient of six metals were all over 0.9990 in the method, the method also had low MDL, good precision and accuracy, high recovery rate, it can satisfied the demand of soil monitoring via the soil sample test. The method also had the characteristics of rapid and accurate, and can simultaneous determination of six kinds of heavy metals by achieving a sample which can greatly improve the analysis efficiency. The whole process of microwave digestion had less impact on people due to small amount of acid.
