Ulluco, Mashua and Oca, originated from the Andean highlands in America, having tubers under the ground, contain a lot of nutrient component and are available for edible. In this paper, we introduced the morphology, growth environment, nutrition, introduction and cultivation of Ulluco, Mashua and Oca.
