辣蓼总黄酮超声波辅助提取条件优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:优化超声波辅助法提取辣蓼黄酮类化合物的工艺条件。方法:实验从超声温度、料液比、乙醇浓度和超声时间四个方面对黄酮类化合物的提取效果进行了探讨,通过单因素试验确定提取黄酮类化合物的较优水平,再结合正交试验确定辣蓼全草中黄酮类化合物的最优提取工艺。结果和结论:经研究所得工艺的最佳参数为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶45,超声温度50℃,提取时间50 min。在此工艺条件下得到黄酮类化合物含量为55.8mg/g。由此证明辣蓼中黄酮类化合物能够利用超声波辅助法来方便有效地提取。 Flavonoids are one of the main active ingredients in Polygonum hydropoper. The ultrasonic extraction technology was studied to extract the flavonoid compounds from whole plant of Polygonum hy- dropoper. The influence of extract time, solid- to- liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, and temperature were analyzed. The optimum levels were analyzed through single -factor test and orthogonal experiment. The optimum extraction technology was as follows : ethanol concentration 60%, solid - to - liquid ratio 1 : 45,. temperature 50 ℃, extraction time 50 min. Under these technological conditions, the content of the extraction was 55.8 mg/g. Ultrasonic extraction technology could facilitate the efficient extraction of total flavonoids from Polygonum hydropoper.
