摘要
目的:观察麦冬咖啡抗炎免疫功能。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度炎症,测定小鼠的免疫器官脏体系数和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na_2)引起的小鼠腹腔白细胞数增多研究麦冬咖啡抗炎免疫作用。结果:连续灌胃给药7天,麦冬咖啡(0.5 g/kg和1 g/kg)可以显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳廓肿胀程度,增加小鼠脾脏指数,抑制腹腔白细胞游走。结论:麦冬咖啡有明显的抗炎免疫作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti - inflammatory and immunity effects of Maidong coffee. Methods : The ear swell models of mice were induced by dimethylbenzene. Viscera coefficient and sodium carboxy - methylcellulose ( CMC - Na2 ) induced leukocytes increase in mouse were used to study the anti -inflammatory and immunity effects. Results: After intragastric administration for 7 consecutive days, Maidong coffee (0.5 g/kg and 1 g/kg) markedly reduce ear swell degree of mice, increase viscera coefficien and suppress the leukocyte migration caused by CMC -Na2. Conclusion: Maidong coffee had sig- nificant anti -inflammatory and immunity effects.
