摘要
首先用沉降柱试验确定APAM最佳添加量,然后取絮凝剂添加量不同时的絮体做固结试验。试验发现,随着絮凝剂APAM添加量的增加,絮体的渗透系数、渗透系数先增加后减小,在废浆到达最佳絮凝时絮体的渗透、固结系数最大;絮体有很大的压缩性,经400k Pa固结压力后,泥饼的体积压缩为原始废浆体积的1/3。
At first of this paper, by settling column test to determine the best dosage of the APAM, then using floc to do consolidation test when adding different amount APAM.It was found that the permeation and consolidation properties increased at first then decreased as the amount of APAM increasing.And they were all biggest when the waste slurry achieved the best flocculation.Floc had great compression, after 400kPa consolida-tion pressure, the volume of compressed cake was 1/3 of original waste slurry.
