摘要
设计一种汽车钣金类结构件的固定夹具,主要部件包括机座、液压缸、下上夹头组件、传动机构、辅助支撑组件等。与现有技术相比,该固定夹具结构设计合理,可有效减少试验过程中由于安装角度调整不当、批次试验时人为操作差异性等因素对试验结果准确性造成影响,同时可有效提升批次试验时的安装固定效率。
This paper designed a fixture for automobile sheet metal structural parts, which mainly includes frame, hydraulic cylinders, top and bottom fixture, transmission, ancillary support components and so on.Com-pared with the existing technology, structural design of the fixture is more reasonable.It can effectively reduce the test process because of the wrong angle adjustment, different manual operation and other factors which can af-fect the accuracy of test results, and can effectively improve the efficiency of batch test.
