摘要
在现在的轴承设计与研究中,一般都认为润滑油的清洁度标准对轴承的寿命有直接的影响。过去,研究人员虽然对润滑油中存在的微小颗粒会引起轴承损伤或影响轴承使用寿命的问题有所了解,但实际上在设计轴承时或在轴承的使用过程中做寿命计算时就很少考虑这个问题了。本文就是运用集成在ANSYS Workbench环境下的Fluent软件对润滑油中的颗粒磨损轴承滚动体的情况进行多相流分析。目标是模拟润滑油中颗粒对轴承滚动体的影响情况。
In the present bearing design and research, it is generally believed that the cleanliness of the lubricating oil has a direct effect on the bearing life.This is rarely considered in the design and manufacture of bearings or in the process of using the bearing to calculate its life.In this paper, the application of FLUENT soft-ware integrated in the ANSYS workbench environment to simulate and analyze the situation of the particles in the lubricating oil particles wear bearing rolling body.
