摘要
针对传统人工检测工件效率低、准确性不高且工作强度大等问题,设计了一款以STM32F407为处理器并搭载图像传感器、以太网物理层芯片、FLASH存储器等外围设备的远程工件检测系统,可以实现在无人监控的环境下自动进行图像的监控和处理。且为了防止采集图像数据量过大,系统运用了JPEG图像压缩算法对图像数据进行压缩处理从而可方便图像数据的传输与存储;在处理器STM32F407上移植实时操作系统FreeRTOS来进行任务的调度和资源的配置;最后通过远程监控平台可以清晰流畅地观察到工件的图像与视频,实现对工件的检测与控制、提高工件检验的效率与准确性。
As traditional manual measurement usually has a series of problems,such as low efficiency,low accuracy and high work intensity in industrial production field,a new type of remote workpiece detection system based on STM32F407 and combined with the image sensor,PHY and FLASH storage circuit was designed. Due to the great difficulty of storage and transport digital images with huge amount of data,the workpiece detection system adopts JPEG digital video compressing. The processor STM32F407 runs real-time operating system FreeRTOS,which can allocate hardware and software resources properly. Finally,images of the workpiece can be clearly observed through the remote monitoring plateform,realizing the detection and control of the workpiece,and eventually promote the efficiency and reliability of the workpiece inspection.
