摘要
针对轮式装载机重要零部件真实载荷数据常规采集繁琐且不稳定的问题,设计了基于单片机与ZigBee技术相结合的载荷数据采集系统。该系统依托以MSP430单片机为数据采集系统核心,以CC2430芯片为基础的ZigBee无线通讯平台,实现对轮式装载机作业时扭矩与压力载荷数据的同步采集与存储,为研究装载机受载特性提供数据支持。经过大量实验验证,该系统数据采集过程稳定,系统硬件与软件工作可靠,操作简便,具有推广应用价值。
In order to carry out the routine collection of real load data for the important parts of wheel loader,the load data acquisition system based on single chip microcomputer and Zig Bee technology was proposed. The system relied on the MSP430 microcontroller as the core of data acquisition system,based on the ZigBee chip CC2430 wireless communication platform,to achieve the load data of the wheel loader with the synchronous acquisition and storage which provides data support for the study of load characteristics. A number of experiments show that the data acquisition process is stable and the system hardware and software are reliable,is easy to operate and have popularization and application value.
