摘要
目的:测定中药功劳木饮片中铅、镉、铜、砷、汞五种重金属元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解法消解样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉的含量;用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜的含量;采用流动注射氢化物原子吸收法测定砷、汞的含量。结果:功劳木饮片中铅、镉、铜、砷、汞五种重金属元素的含量均符合有关规定。结论:该方法具有检测限低、准确度高、选择性好的优点,可为华佗再造丸的质量控制标准提供参考。
Objective To establish the detection method for the heavy metals and deleterious elements (Pb,Cd,Cu,As,Hg) in Mahoniae Caulis.Methods Sanples were digested by microwave digestion method.The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectro-photometry was used in the determination of the content of Pb and Cd.Contents of Cu were measured by flame atomic absorption spec-trometry.Contents of As and Hg were measured by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrome Try.Results levels of all the heavy metals in the samples examined were within the extent of the quality standards.Conclusion The advantages of the de-tection method include low analytic limitation,high accuracy and excellent stability,the method can be a complement to quality stand-ard of Mahoniae Caulis.
