中医三联疗法对膝关节周围术后功能康复的影响

The Clinical Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Three Suage Treatment Making the Postoperative Funcotional kehabilita tion Around knee joint

目的:观察膝关节术后运用"中药熏洗、理筋疗法联合导引术"三联疗法对膝关节功能康复的影响。方法:选择膝关节周围手术患者200例为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予膝关节术后三联疗法,对照组给予膝关节术后常规功能锻炼,比较两组膝关节功能康复情况。结果:观察组Iowa膝关节评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"中药熏洗、理筋疗法联合导引术"三联疗法对膝关节术后功能康复有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,Tendon therapy combined Guided surgery”three stage treatment making the postoperative functional rehabilitation around knee joint.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group;The observation group were treated with triple therapy after knee surgery;The control group were given routine functional exercise after knee joint operation and observe the two groups of patients with knee functional rehabilitation.Results Lowa knee score of observation group was significantly better than conventional functional exer-cise of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion “Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,Tendon therapy combined Guided sur-gery”three stage treatment making the postoperative functional has a very good clinical application value.
