姚氏猪鬃宁血饮治疗血精症的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Yao's Maidenhair Hemostasis Decoction In the Treatment of Hemospermia

目的:观察云南昆明姚氏妇科流派经验方"姚氏猪鬃宁血饮"治疗血精症的临床疗效。方法:选择昆明圣爱中医馆血精症患者60例,随机分为两组。治疗组应用"姚氏猪鬃宁血饮"治疗,对照组应用左氧氟沙星片治疗,疗程1个月。治疗结束后对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率80.00%,对照组53.33%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血精症是临床常见的、具有难治性及反复发作性特点的男科疾病,其发生发展与男性性功能及生育水平密切相关,云南昆明姚氏妇科流派经验方"姚氏猪鬃宁血饮"治疗血精症临床疗效显著。
