何首乌致肝损害相关文献回顾性分析及其预防措施初探

Retrospective Analysis of Literatures on Hepatic Lesion Caused by Polygonum Multiflorum and Discussion on Corresponding Precautionary Measures

目的:整理、分析何首乌及其制剂发生肝损害不良事件的相关用药情况和影响因素,为提高临床合理用药水平及控制风险提供依据。方法:检索文献32篇,分类统计和案例分析何首乌致肝损害的原因。结果:何首乌致肝损害可能与其有毒成分、炮制工艺、患者肝酶缺陷或遗传基因有关;同时,公众对何首乌的不良反应缺乏认识、不了解生何首乌与制何首乌的功效区别也是其导致肝损害的重要因素。结论:加强何首乌临床应用安全性的宣传,医师用药前要加强问诊,用药过程中要注意控制用药剂量和用药时间,同时用药前后必须进行肝功能检测,以避免肝损害的发生。

Objective To understand medications for hepatic lesion caused by polygonum multiflorum and its preparations along with their influencing factors in order to provide the basis for improvement of rational clinical drug use as well as risk control.Methods Retrieve the 32 articles by means of literature retrieval,and analysis causes of polygonum on liver by classification statistics and cases. Results The injury effect of Polygonum Multiflorum on liver is possibly related with the hepatotoxicity,processing of the medicine or the patient who is deficient in liver enzymes or genes.Moreover,the side effects of Polygonum Multiflorum as well as the difference between crude and processed Polygonum Multiflorum in curative effects are not well -known to the public,which is also a leading fac-tor to the liver damage.Conclusion The clinical safety propaganda of Polygonum Multiflorum should be strengthened,and monitoring on liver function before and after administration of Polygonum Multiflorum must be done.
