健脾清化方治疗脾虚湿热型慢性肾衰97例临床观察

The Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Jianpi Qinghua Recipe on 97 Cases of Chronic Kidney Failure with Syndrome of Dampness-heat Due to Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察健脾清化方治疗脾虚湿热型慢性肾衰的临床疗效。方法:选择197例脾虚湿热型慢性肾衰患者,根据治疗方法不同,将其分为两组。其中对照组(n=100)采用常规治疗方法,观察组(n=97)在常规治疗基础上采用健脾清化方治疗;疗程结束后,比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组面色无华、少气乏力、纳差腹胀、小便灼热不利、舌苔黄腻等症状的改善率明显优于对照组;治疗后的Scr、24h尿蛋白定量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾清化方治疗脾虚湿热型慢性肾衰临床疗效确切,可以明显改善患者脾虚湿热症状,提高肾功能,降低尿蛋白,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect observation of Jianpi Qinghua recipe on chronic kidney failure with syndrome of dampness -heat due to spleen deficiency.Methods Select 197 cases of clinical data of patients with chronic kidney fail-ure,according to different therapeutic methods,it can be divided into two groups,control group （n =100）with conventional treatment method,observation group （n =97）on the basis of routine therapy,with spleen thanh hoa party treatment;After the treatment,com-pared two groups of patients with curative effects.Results The observation group,patients with chronic renal failure,the spleen and purification treatment,complexion,less fatigue,anorexia,abdominal distension,urinate symptoms such as hot bad,yellow greasy coating on the tongue of the period is significantly higher than the control group;after treatment of Scr,24 hours urinary protein quanti-tative significantly lower than the control group,by comparison,the difference is statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Jianpi Qinghua recipe on chronic renal failure clinical curative effect,can significantly improve patients with symptoms of pixu （spleen deficient）hot and humid,improving renal function,reduce urinary protein,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
