摘要
采用大孔强酸性树脂HD-8为催化剂,以甲醇和三聚甲醛为原料合成聚甲醛二甲醚(PODE_n)。正交实验获得的较优组合条件为:甲醇与三聚甲醛的物质的量比(简称醇醛比)1∶2,反应温度110℃,反应压力2MPa,反应时间3h,催化剂用量为总反应原料质量的2.2%,此时PODE3-8的选择性和收率分别为77.54%和57.42%。考察反应条件对反应的影响规律,各反应条件的影响显著性依次为:醇醛比>反应压力>催化剂用量>反应时间>反应温度。
The synthesis of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODE.) from methanol and trioxymethylene catalyzed by macroporous strong acid resin HD-8 was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: methanol/trioxymethylene molar ratio of 0.5, 110℃, 2MPa, 3h, and catalyst/feedstock mass ratio of 2.2%. Under above conditions, the selectivity and yield of PODE3--8swere 77.54% and 57.42%, respectively. The effects of reaction conditionss on reaction were investigated, and results show that it was in the sequence: methanol/trioxymethylene molar ratio 〉 pressure 〉 catalyst dosage 〉 time 〉 temperaure.
