Synthesis of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and ethanol over Fe-modified V-La catalysts

摘要 研究了V-La以及Fe改性V-La催化剂甲醇-乙醇一步合成异丁醛性能。结果表明:采用V-La催化剂,乙醇转化率和异丁醛选择性随反应时间逐渐降低,当反应进行到6h,乙醇转化率和异丁醛选择性分别从78%和66%下降到56%和46%;而将Fe引入V-La催化剂,催化剂稳定性明显提高,乙醇转化率达到80%以上,异丁醛选择性保持约74%。TPR、XRD等表征结果显示,V与La主要形成了LaVO_4结构,而Fe的加入改变LaVO_4结构,同时也影响V和Fe的还原性能。 Synthesis of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and ethanol over V-La and Fe modified V-La catalysts was investigated. Results show that under the same reaction conditions, in the time on stream of six hours, ethanol conversion and isobutyraldehyde selectivity decreased from 78% and 66% to 56% and 46%, respectively, for V-La catalyst, however, ethanol conversion and isobutyraldehyde selectivity kept over 80% and 74%, respectively, for the V-La-Fe catalyst, which indicates that Fe modification could markably improve the stability of V-La catalyst. The TPR and XRD results show that LaVO4 was main compound for V-La catalyst, while no LaVO4 compound was detected from the V-La-Fe catalyst. In addition, the reduction property of V and Fe were changed for the V-La-Fe.
