摘要 在固定床微分反应器研究了Pd-Sn/Al_2O_3催化剂催化醋酸加氢制乙醇,考察了Pd、Sn含量对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,适量Sn的加入,可提高醋酸的转化率和乙醇的选择性。在280℃,4.0MPa,液时空速1.0h^(-1),氢酸物质的量比40的反应条件下,催化剂1Pd-1Sn/Al_2O_3的醋酸转化率达到65.32%,乙醇的选择性可达到76.31%。催化剂的XRD表征结果表明,助剂Sn可改善Pd在催化剂上的分散性。 Abstract: Hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol over Pd-Sn/Al2O3 catalysts were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of Sn and Pd amounts on the catalytic performance of the catalyst were investigated. Results show that the addition of proper amount of Sn could increase the conversion of acetic acid and the selectivity of ethanol. For the catalyst 1Pd-ISn/Al203, the conversion of acetic acid could reach 65.32% with a ethanol selectivity of 76.31% under the reaction conditions: 280℃, 4.0 MPa, LHSV of 1.0h-1 and hydrogen/acetic acid molar ratio of 40. XRD results indicate that promoter Sn could improve the dispersity of Pd in the catalyst.
