摘要
研究了对苯二胺类防老剂4010、4010NA、4020、4030对CTPB固体推进剂力学性能及老化性能的影响。研究结果表明,对苯二胺类防老剂与CTPB固体推进剂中的固化剂MAPO发生反应,可作为CTPB推进剂反应性防老剂,但降低了固体推进剂的抗拉强度;防老剂中与N相连的活泼H原子上取代基团的位阻越小,活泼H与MAPO反应的活性越高,对推进剂最大抗拉强度降低效果越明显,防老剂4010、4010NA、4020、4030对固体推进剂最大抗拉强度的影响效果依次减小;与其他几种防老剂相比,防老剂4010NA、4020对固体推进剂都具有更好的防老效果。
The effects of several p-phenylenediamine antioxidants on mechanical and aging properties of CTPB propellant were studied.The results indicate that p-phenylenediamine antioxidants reacts with MAPO as curing agent in CTPB propellant but it de- creases the maximum tensile strength of propellant. The effects of antioxidants 4010,4010NA, 4020,4030 on maximum tensile strength are decreased successively.4010 and 4010NA have better anti aging effect compared with other antioxidants.
