摘要 目的探讨联合胸腔镜手术视频和PACS系统在胸外科临床教学中的应用。方法 46名学生分为教改组和对照组,教改组采取联合胸腔镜手术视频配合PACS系统教学,对照组采用手术室参观传统开放手术配合PACS系统教学。通过问卷调查和出科考试评估学生的知识掌握情况和教学效果。结果 95.6%的教改组学生对教学过程满意,对照组的比例为82.6%;出科考试成绩结果表明,教改组82.6%成绩为良好,优于对照组。两组数据比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合胸腔镜手术视频和PACS系统教学是促进学生胸外科临床知识提高的新教学手段。 Objective To investigate video-assisted thoracic surgery combined with PACS(picture archiving and communication system) in the thoracic surgery clinical teaching. Methods 46 cases of students were divided into experimental group and control group. The video-assisted thoracic surgery combined with PACS was used in experimental group. The traditional teaching method was used in control group. And at last, the satisfaction of the teaching was investigated with questionnaires among the students, and the knowledge in the thoracic surgery of the students was evaluated by tests. Results The questionnaire survey showed that the students were generally satisfied with the new teaching method, with the satisfaction rate of above 95%. The professional exam achievements of the experimental group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The video-assisted thoracic surgery combined with PACS may be a better teaching method in the thoracic surgery clinical teaching.
