护理干预对丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的 观察护理干预对丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效影响。方法 将我院于2015年3月-2016年3月收治的100例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予静滴丹红注射液并实施临床护理干预。评估两组疗效并对比患者SAQ评分。结果 实验组患者的治疗总有效率94.0%,高于对照组的72.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。相比于对照组,实验组患者SAQ评分更优（P〈0.05）。结论 丹红注射液用于老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效确切,同时开展临床护理干预有利于巩固疗效,改善患者病情预后,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with unstable angina from March 2015 - March 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases of each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, experimental group The experimental group was given intravenous drip of Danhong injection and clinical nursing intervention. The efficacy and SAQ score were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group（72.0%）, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the SAQ score of the patients in the experimental group was better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris curative effect, while carrying out clinical nursing intervention is beneficial to consolidate the curative effect, improve the prognosis of the patients with, improve nursing satisfaction.
