研究了民用运输类飞机最小机组工作量评估中的评估机组选取问题。通过比较不同飞行人员的服役经历、背景及其在最小机组工作量评估中的差异,给出了一套可行的最小机组工作量评估机组的选取原则。

This paper presents the study of selection of evaluation flight crew on minimum workload assessment for civil transport category airplane. By comparing the service experience, background and the differences on the minimum workload assessment of different flight personnel, a feasible principle for the selection of evaluation flight crewon the minimum workload assessment is given.
