摘要
结合FPSO原油外输安全保护系统的必需性,介绍安全保护系统设计原则,即监测、预测、预警,FPSO原油外输安全保护系统系统构成,船舶位置、姿态、速度与航向角度预测计算原理,以及FPSO、提油船坐标转换方法,通过实际应用说明该系统能够保证原油外输的安全可靠性。
In light of the necessity of FPSO crude oil transportation safety protection system, the design principles of safety protection system was introduced, that is, monitoring, forecasting and early warning. The composition of the system, the calculation principle of the position, the attitude, the speed and the direction of the ship, and the coordinate conversion method of the FPSO and the oil tanker were analyzed. Practical application of the FPSO crude oil transportation safety protection system showed that the system can ensure the safety and reliability of crude oil transportation.
