摘要 针对海洋平台一般不具备航行动力,在安装期间出港需拖带通航,而国内针对此类拖带船队的通航航道宽度计算并无明确规定,无法指导海洋平台拖航专用航道设计及拖带通航的安全评估的问题,选取典型海洋平台,分别采用国内通航安全评估常用的《海港总体设计规范》、经验算法、美国和加拿大的航道设计指南进行拖航航道宽度的计算分析,结果表明,国内经验算法与美国和加拿大算法的结果较为接近,而《海港总体设计规范》计算结果明显偏于保守。建议在工程中参照美国和加拿大航道设计指南,或按国内经验算法进行航道宽度的设计和评估。 The offshore platforms have no power to move forward, they need to be towed during their getting out of the harbor for installation. There are no criteria on calculating the width of the waterway used for towing the offshore platforms, and there are no guidelines on design of waterway and safety assessment of towing. Several typical offshore platforms were selected for analysis and different methods of calculating the width of waterway are introduced, including overall design code for seaport, experiential algorithm, hydraulic design of deep draft navigation project of US and Canadian waterways national maneuvering guidelines. It is showed that the results of experiential algorithm are close to that of US and Canada guidelines. It is suggested that hydraulic design of deep draft navigation project of US and Canadian waterways national maneuvering guidelines can serve as references in engineering cases, and the experiential algorithm can altematively he used.
