摘要 根据南海恩平24-2油田海域的特点,确定"海洋石油118"FPSO系泊系统方案采用带可解脱装置的台风期不解脱型内转塔单点系泊系统。针对近年来南海海域日益恶劣的风、浪和流等海洋环境条件、南海海域的环境条件分布和入级要求,确定了单点系泊系统设计参数。针对设计中出现的问题,从波浪特性研究出发,提出可行的解决办法,总结南海海域内转塔单点系泊系统的研究思路和方法,推荐单点的设计标准,提出今后南海内转塔单点技术工作建议。 In light of the characteristics in Enping 24-2 oil field, the proposal of the single point mooring system for the HYSY118 FPSO was confirmed, the internal turret type mooring system with disconnectable function which need not be disconnected in typhoon condition. For the increasing terrible wind, wave, current and other offshore environmental conditions at south China sea in recent years, and classification requirements, the standards and rules of SPM design and the homologous design,parameters are determined. On the basis of above, this paper summarizes the research idea and method of the single point mooring system in south China sea, recommends the standard of SPM system design, proposes some valuable proposals on the technical work of the subsequent internal turret mooring system.
