PBL和LBI双轨教学模式在妇产科护理教学中的应用与研究 被引量:46

PBL and LBI Dual-Track Teaching Mode Application in Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing Teaching and Research

摘要 目的探讨PBL+LBL双轨教学模式在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 2014年7月-2015年4月在妇产科实习的高职护理专业43名学生随机分为两组,22名学生入PBL+LBL模式方法带教组为实验组,21名学生入传统的LBL模式方法带教组为对照组。在学生出科前进行考核,比较两组学生的理论、技能操作、护理记录书写、理论与实践的综合能力及满意度问卷调查结果进行比较。结果两组实习生的理论成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组实习生的操作技能、护理记录书写和理论与实践的综合能力及满意度方面实验组均优于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理教学中,PBL+LBL双轨教学模式应用,能提高实习护生学习的积极主动性、文献检索能力、分析问题解决问题和评判性思维的能力,显著提高临床护理教学质量。值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the PBL + LBL double-track teaching mode application in gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching effect.Methods July 2014 to April 2015 in obstetrics and gynecology practice of higher vocational nursing students were randomly divided into two groups,43 of 22 students into the PBL + LBL model methods as experimental teaching group,21 students into the traditional LBL model methods teaching group as control group.Examination before the student is given to compare two groups of students writing theory,skill of operation and nursing cases,theory and practice of the comprehensive ability and satisfaction questionnaire.Results Intern theory result more similar between the two groups have no statistical significance(P〉0.05),two groups of interns operation skills,nursing case writing and comprehensive ability and satisfaction of the theory and practice of the experimental group were superior to control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion In gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching,PBL + LBL double-track teaching mode,to improve the practice of nursing students learning initiative,literature retrieval ability,the ability to analyze problem solving and critical thinking,significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Worthy of clinical popularization and application.
