“双轨合一”后提高临床医学专业学位研究生质量的探讨与实践

Discussion and Practice of Improve the Quality of Graduate Education in Professional Degree of Clinical Medicine after“The Joining Together of Double-Track”

随着教育模式的转化,研究生教育的形式也需要相应的改变,临床医学专业学位教育实行与住院医师规范化培训相结合的"双轨合一"教育模式。在新的教育模式下,探讨如何提高研究生教育的水平,包括注重提高研究生的科研能力,如建立导师指导小组、成立读书俱乐部以及加强临床科研实践等;加强研究生的临床培训质量监控,如研究生参加门诊实践、建立临床指导小组等;利用会议或学术讲座等多种形式更新和拓展研究生的知识结构和层次,以及重视综合素质培养,如加强导师的自身修养、注重医德和团队意识教育。通过该专业研究生教育的实践,探索研究生教育的方法,但仍需要在将来的研究生教育中不断实践和完善,以培养出具有科研能力的高水平临床型人才。

Along with the education mode conversion,the graduate education also needs corresponding change.＂The joining together of double-track＂means professional degree education of clinical medicine with the combination of resident standardization training.Under the new education model,this paper discusses how to improve the level of graduate education,including improving the graduate student’s scientific research ability training,such as establish tutor guidance team,set up a reading club,and strengthen the clinical research and practice,etc.;Strengthen the education of the graduate students of clinical quality control,such as the graduate students to participate in the clinic practice,establishing clinical steering group;Use of meetings or seminars,and other forms to update and extend the graduate student knowledge structure and hierarchy,and attaches great importance to the comprehensive quality training,such as strengthening teacher’s accomplishment,pay attention to medical ethics education,and team consciousness.Through the practice of this professional graduate education,we grope for the graduate student education method,but still need to be in the future practice and perfect unceasingly in graduate education,to cultivate high level clinical type talents with scientific research ability.
