184例乙型流感患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 184 Cases of Patients with Influenza B

目的通过对某科184例乙型流感患者流行病学和临床特征的分析,以指导临床诊治。方法回顾性分析184例乙型流感患者的流行病学资料和临床资料,应用x2检验进行统计分析。结果乙型流感好发于冬春季(1-3月共162例,占88.04%),好发于青少年(14岁~20岁、21岁~30岁、31岁~40岁共137例,占74.46%)。主要表现为发热、全身酸痛乏力、咳嗽、咳痰等,早期应用抗病毒药物治疗,临床症状和体征明显改善。结论乙型流感好发于冬春季,好发于青少年,主要表现为发热、全身酸痛乏力、咳嗽、咳痰等,根据对乙型流感流行特征及临床特点的这些认识,可有效增强临床医师对乙型流感的防控意识,提高治疗效果,同时建议疾控部门加强对乙型流感的防控。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological and clinical features of 184 cases of influenza B patients cases treated in our department,so as to guide our clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective investigation was carried out to analyze the epidemiological and clinical features of 184 Patients with influenza B,statistical analysis using X^2 test.Results Influenza B occurred in winter and spring（1-3 months a total of 162 cases,accounting for 88.04%）,good in young people（14-20、21-30、31-40 years old,a total of 137 cases,accounting for 74.46%）.The main manifestations were fever,body aches,fatigue cough and expectoration,early application of antiviral drugs,clinical symptoms and signs improved significantly.Conclusion Influenza B occurred in winter and spring,good in young people,the main manifestations were fever,body aches,fatigue cough and expectoration,according to the understanding of the epidemic characteristics and clinical features of influenza B,can effectively enhance the awareness of the prevention and control of influenza B,improve the treatment effect,at the same time Suggestions for disease control department to strengthen the prevention and control of influenza B.
