摘要
以鲍鱼内脏为原料,采用大孔树脂HZ802(15 m L)对鲍鱼内脏多糖进行分离,得出最适合的分离工艺为:上样液浓度为含0.847 mg·m L^(-1),流速2 BV·h^(-1)进行上样吸附,洗脱剂65%的乙醇,流速以1BV·h^(-1)进行洗脱;在此工艺条件下,鲍鱼内脏多糖得率为83.7%,纯度为68.44%。并对鲍鱼内脏多糖的体外抗氧化进行研究,结论:鲍鱼内脏多糖0.684 mg·m L^(-1)时,对·OH自由基的清除率达到49.59%,对O_2^(2-)的清除率为96.88%;同时对于猪油的体外抗氧化的作用结果为鲍鱼内脏多糖浓度升高对猪油氧化的抑制作用越好。
For more effective usage of abalone viscera polysaccharides,macroporous resin HZ802(15ml)was used in abalone visceral polysaccharides isolation. Sample solution was 0.847 mg / m L, sample fl owing speed was 2 BV · h^-1,elution was 65% ethanol solution at 1 BV · h^-1. Under the above conditions,the yield and purity of abalone viscera was 83.7%,with a purity of 68.44%. Conclusion :when abalone visceral polysaccharide is 0.684 mg · m L^-1,its · OH free radical scavenging rate reached to 49.59%,O2^2-scanvenging rate was 96.88%. It also has superoxide radical scavenging capacity. Abalone polysaccharides has antioxidation effect on lard.
