Legal Reflections on Current Internet Anti-Corruption

网络具公开性、透明性和快捷性特点,已成为了反腐道路上的的一辆"快车",成为了网民反腐的媒介。但网络反腐法律的缺失问题,成为了网络反腐道路上的阻力。在面对言论自由权与隐私权、监督权与诽谤行为发生冲突的情况下,急需新的有关法律的出台,来协调它们之间的矛盾,进而充分发挥网络反腐的作用。

With its rapid development, the Internet has become an efficient tool of anti-corruption and netizens＇ medium of anti-corruption, thanks to its openness, transparency and speed. The lack of relevant legislation, however, hinders internet anti-corruption. To address such a problem, some new laws should be made as soon as possible to make full use of the Internet to combat corruption.
