Comparative Study on the Differences of Classroom Teaching between Uygur and Han Teachers in Xinjiang——Taking the Teacher's Feedback of Classroom Teaching as an Example

摘要 教师课堂教学反馈行为在提高课堂教学质量方面具有重要作用。研究采用"课堂观察——课堂录像——课堂教学反馈行为编码分析——维汉教师课堂教学反馈行为比较——得出结论"作为基本研究模式。通过分析发现两族教师在课堂教学反馈方面具有共性但也存在一定的差异,经过讨论分析,认为各民族所处的文化类型在教师教学反馈方面具有影响作用。 Teacher's feedback plays an important role on the improvement of education quality of classroom. The survey uses the method of classroom observation, making the analysis of the video of teaching feedback. Then author compares Uygur and Han teacher's classroom teaching feedback, and finally comes to conclusion. This is the basic research mode. Through the analysis we found some similaritiess and differences between teachers of two ethnic groups on teaching feedback. Finally, after the discussion of classroom teaching analysis, we hold that ethnic culture has an important influence on the teaching feedback.
