住院医师规范培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,普通外科是外科学的基础,抓好普通外科培训是整个外科学临床培训的关键。规范化和标准化的医学教育是外科医师成长的保障。普通外科临床教学中要加强理论与实践相结合,严格执行诊疗规范,尤其是在起航的时候。在培训过程中,要引导住院医师树立正确的学习观念,增强学习的主动性、积极性、独立性和创造性。引导住院医师重视临床基础医疗工作,注重锻炼自己的临床思维方法,注重在医疗实践中思考和知识相结合,注重人文素质的培养。同时,带教老师汲取现代教育思想,结合普通外科专业的发展,针对具体受训者的个性特点进行指导,促进人才的成长。

Residency training is an important part of medical students＇ education after graduation. General surgery is the foundation of surgery, and paying special attention to general surgery training is the key to the whole surgery clinical training. Standardization of medical education is a guarantee for the surgeon to grow up. My experience in general surgery clinical teaching is to strengthen the combination of theory and practice, to make strict diagnosis standard, especially when they are in the beginning. In the process of training, we have to guide resident to set up correct concept of learning, to enhance learning initiative, enthusiasm, independence and creativity. Guiding residents requires that we attache great importance to the basis of clinical medical work, pay attention to exercise in clinical thinking method and pay attention to the combination of thinking and knowledge in the medical practice. We also should pay attention to communication with the patients. At the same time, with the teacher drawing on modem education thoughts, we should focus on professional development, general surgery for specific personality characteristics of the trainee to promote the growth of talents.
