广西海岸带土地可持续利用的思考

Thoughts on Sustainable Utilization of Land of Guangxi Coastal Zone

海岸带是资源密集、经济发达、产业交错的综合地带,但同时也是海陆相互交错的脆弱地带。广西海岸带的土地利用变化显著,土地利用强度进一步加深,主要表现为农用地和林地向城市建设用地转换、近海海域向港口和码头等基础设施转换,为促进广西海岸带土地的可持续利用,加强现状调查、开展科学规划、完善立法管理、实施土地整治是可行的对策措施。

The coastal zone is not only a zone full of intensive resource,developed economy,comprehensive staggered industry,but also an interlaced fragile area.Sea land use of Guangxi coastal zone has changed significantly with land use intensity further deepen,mainly presenting the land conversion from agricultural land and forest land to the city construction,conversion of coastal waters be strengthened into the coastal zone of Guangxi,scientific planning should be carried out,legislation and management ought to be improved.These measures for implementation of land consolidation are feasible.
